I have my weekly weigh-in at TOPS this morning. I think I'll have a loss. I had a .4# weight gain but 7.6# loss for the month of August and 9.2# loss in past 5 weeks. And 6.6# loss since TOPS resumed meetings on June 30, 2021
100.0 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 32.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
