Slept 5.7hrs last night. To bed 300am. To sleep 315am. Awake 730am to pee. Back to sleep 740am. Awake with alarm 900am.

Breakfast 1130am: Metamucil, Red River Cereal porridge, raspberries, 25g yogurt, decaf coffee, water
Lunch 142pm: 1/2 Whole grain tortilla with hummus, coleslaw, vinaigrette, 1/4 cup mixed beans, water
Supper 652pm: spaghetti squash with vegetarian spaghetti sauce, 1 tsp parmesan, water, orange
Snack 1150pm: 1/2 pear, 2 cups air-popped popcorn nothing added
