Estimates tracked. Made Low Carb Lasagna noodles and used one as a sorta pocket. Didn't have low carb pasta sauce. Is there such a thing? Pesto sauces would probably do?

Yes pesto seems good, but I use marinara too in moderation, as long as it doesn't have sugar on the ingredients list.

Check out the brand call d Yo-Mama. I useually make my own but I use this brand as back up. It is really good. Amazon, of course. Look at my entry for today I posted the nutritional label .
