Slept 4.9hrs last night. To bed 530am. To sleep 630am. Awake 900am by telephone. Back to sleep right away. Awake 1120am by telephone. Resting BP 1153am:112/65 53 No BM. Breakfast 1245pm Metamucil, oat porridge, 1/2 pear, 25g yogurt, decaf coffee, water Lunch 419pm: 3 banana oatmeal pancakes w yogurt (1 pancake eaten at stove before photo taken) So tasty I will make these often, when bananas are getting too ripe. Supper 613pm: air fried parmesan cauliflower topped with cooked mushrooms, mesclun greens & peppers, beets Snack 1150pm_ kiwifruit I am still in almost constant pain in my left foot(heel). Stretching with resistant bands helps, but not getting better. I feel a tendon?? moving in the bottom of that foot that I do not feel in right foot, sort of like strumming a guitar string. I think I better tell my Dr, just in case I am doing more damage as time passes
