Slept 5.9hrs last night, poor sleep as CPAP mask leaking. To bed 230am. To sleep 340am. Awake 937am. Read in bed till 1050am.
Resting BP 1051am: 118/64 52 irreg.

Breakfast 1100am: Metamucil, orange, decaf coffee
Lunch 154pm: 1/2 whole grain tortilla, hummus, raw vegetables w 1 tsp vinaigrette
Supper 800pm: Coho salmon, wild & brown rice, baby bok choy & kimchi, tomato, 1 tsp mayo
Snack 1000pm: 1/2 cup boiled beets, 2 squares 70% dark chocolate

Stretching yoga 30 min

Unable to leave house today... all the remedies I have taken for the past week finally took effect...with a vengeance. No complaints!
135.4 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 69.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
