Slept 6.9hrs last night. To bed 417am. Awake 1045am.

Stretching exercises

Breakfast 1130am: 90g oat porridge w flax, 1/2 pear, 30g yogurt, Metamucil, 2 cups water
Lunch 338pm: 80g Greek salad veggies w 50g black eyed peas & 2 tsp vinaigrette, 1 kiwifruit
Supper 540pm: 1/2 whole grain tortilla w cucumber, 1/2 grilled red pepper, hummus, and grilled small 100g piece of chicken breast w pesto and panko
Snack 1047p: 2 kiwifruit
135.4 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 69.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
