Slept 6.3 hrs last night, poorly as my CPAP mask was leaking. To bed 313am. To sleep 400am. Awake 1010am.
Resting Blood pressure 313am 118/84 102
Resting Blood pressure upon awaking 1015am 123/76 53

Breakfast 1030am: Metamucil, water, decaf, 6 prunes soaked in 1 cup hot water
Lunch 414pm: 1/2 bagel split in 2 w salmon cake, hummus & coleslaw, mixed beans in dill pickle juice
Supper 900pm: 1/2 whole wheat tortilla, wiener, cheddar cheese, broccoli & kim chi, coleslaw w carrot, cabbage, pepper, onion & vinaigrette

I have been taping exercise shows on OWN TV. 'Healing Yoga' is my favourite for someone with health mobility issues and painful arthritis. I did a chair yoga episode. It felt good.
135.9 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 69.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
