This is my 6-month anniversary here on FS. Losing just over a pound a week mostly from diet and strict tracking. Happy to read some great success stories today while trying not to dwell on some personal disappointments. I need to follow my own advice and count my blessings.
94.9 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
