My graph doesn't show my huge gain when I started drinking 6 glasses of water a day. Then it dropped to 188, then went back up to 198, now down to 197...what a strange week!
89.7 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
