Slept 8 hrs last night (including nap of 1hr between 400pm & 500pm). To bed 210am. Asleep 300am. Awake 950am.
Resting Blood Pressure:220am 140/98 106 (my chest was thumping so much I could not hold the tablet still to read a book in bed!)
955am 112/69 53

1015am breakfast - porridge, strawberries, flax, yogurt, decaf
200pm lunch - Ryecrisp, guacamole w corn, beans, watermelon
800pm supper - Lentil soup homemade, apple polenta dessert (yuk), yogurt
1130pm snack - 70% choc, beets, Ryecrisp w guacamole

Even though I am losing consistently, I was feeling bored with my food yesterday, and thinking all afternoon about French fries & maple walnut ice cream, while watching Olympics on TV.

Just at the perfect time, my very good 'wise' friend called me and we chatted. She suggested stop putting everything but 'the kitchen sink' in my salads/stir-fry's/soups every day. Because then they then tend to all look the same and boring. She said just pick and choose a few key vegetable & bean ingredients, so each meal becomes new and unique. I am going to try that. It will be easier to log food as well, instead of currently having 15-20 food items to log for a lunch or supper.
134.5 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 68.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
