Does a week of vacation wipe out a week of fasting? Apparently so! Well, at least it's not a net gain. Now, back to the slow and steady.
102.4 kg Lost so far: 24.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m going to Florida for a week to visit an old friend. I expect the same results. I’m thinking of hiding a family size bag of M&M peanuts in my suitcase…just in case.
