WHAAAAATTTTT! I somehow gained ten pounds overnight?????? Crazy. Noom wants me to weigh everyday. Yesterday I felt great! Today I feel fat :-( How does this happen? What is my real weight?
90.9 kg Lost so far: 29.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I get really bloated near my period and if I eat really salty foods. It will increase my weight in a similar fashion. I am always 5-10lbs heavier the week leading up to my menses. Try not to stress. Best of luck to you.

This is a fake gain. Most of it, if not all, will be gone by tomorrow. Your scale has developed split personality syndrome! Drink lots of water and just keep going. 😊
