Slept 7.1 hrs last night. To bed 130am. To sleep 200am. Awake 900am.
Blood Pressure upon awaking: 124/72 53 pulse.

Picked up my sister and niece from the ferry terminal. Have not seen my niece in many, many months. They will be here for 4 days for a visit, and my first real test of will power, food-wise. They went to grocery store and bought taco chips, dips, apple strudel, sweet tarts, booze and ingredients to make 'fuzzy navels', potato salad, macaroni salad, chicken salad, fried chicken, fresh buns from bakery. This visit, they are not sleeping at my home, so the food is not in my fridge, thank-goodness.

My strategy was to quickly go home and pack my supper to go, of numerous vegetables, couscous salad, spaghetti squash, beans, kimchi etc. I ate until I was FULL from a big dinner plate, and was able to resist all the temptations everyone else was eating around the table. For dessert I had a fresh peach, while they ate sweets. But I was OK, and I did not feel too much like an odd-ball or too left out. Very tempted to have a taste of everything but changed my mind, and I believe it was because I was full.
136.9 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 70.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
