I slept 6.6 hours last night. I still went to bed way too late though.

Maybe all the porridge and beans I have been eating for the last 6 days are helping to get me out of plateau already!!! Also my late evening snack stopped at celery, cauliflower & hummus dip. I totally forgot about the squares of 70% chocolate in my fridge last evening!

Breakfast: Red River Cereal Porridge w blueberries, decaf
Lunch: 1/4 Whole grain tortilla wrap with: coleslaw, chicken breast pieces, cashews, Romano beans
Supper: Veggie Spaghetti sauce with veggie pasta, added black eyed peas & mesclun greens
Snack eve: mango chunks
138.1 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 71.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Liz-andra When I am journaling I google what I am writing about and add the search word cartoon, an if an image strikes my funny bone with a big laugh out loud I post it. I do have a weird sense of humour.
