After 3 days of cheating I still lost a pound. Have never been happier to lose just one pound in my life.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Oops, you better be careful - when I fall off track, it sometimes takes a few days to show on the scales. Hopefully this is not the same for you. At least you are back on track today :)

Buffy, you are so strict with your WOE and follow it to the letter, so any small misstep would be atrocious to you and be considered "cheating." I really commend you for your discipline. Your "cheats" are certainly nothing like mine! You did a great job this week and earned every ounce of that one pound! Keep up the good work!
