Sleep last night=8.8hrs

Well, finally some bloating relief, and a 'movement'... in more ways than 1. At least I got closer to my goal of 305 by today.
138.9 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 72.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
