Sleep average for last 28 nights = 6.4 hrs/night
Used CPAP for 191.6 hrs in last 28 days = average of 6.8 hrs/night

I am Eating better choices and my weight going up! I am optimistic that once system is used to these extra legumes and porridge daily, I hope the bloating goes away, as well a pound or two.
140.3 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 74.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
