Liv Lite, I am trying really hard...but the scale stopped going down on Jun 29!!! On Doctors advice I am going to stop focusing on calorie maximum per day, and concentrate more on adding more whole grains, and legumes, and reducing to the bare minimal, all animal products and processed foods. No white flour or white flour products, no sugar. Right now I am bloated, but looking forward to changing up my diet for better choices and then better results.
