Have not checked in for a bit. Was in the UP of Michigan for 10 days. Hiked and dined well. Back to it now.
102.2 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks all for the comments. Three pounds is not so bad; I am living with that and not beating myself up at all. Now back to losing. My goal is 215 by December 2021.
