Fasting blood sugar 122/ weight 164.7
Plan: IF/low carb high protein
Skipped breakfast. Lunch was summer squash soup, cucumbers, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese on soup. One Peach! and cream! Supper was cottage cheese, cucumbers, boiled egg. Snack: milk chocolate bar,3 pieces Werther's candy, kiwi fruit.
Macros 31/49/20; 1244 calories; 11.2 fiber; net carbs 87.84; net kcals -816.
Glucose test at 10 pm was 68, so I ate two pieces of Werther's candy and a kiwi fruit.
74.7 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Looks like $61 so far in my clothes kitty. Maybe, if I can get below 160 by tax free weekend in August I will go spend some of it! Need to lose 4 more pounds before I can claim that victory! This morning it was 163.3.
