My body's laughing at me this week I guess!
I'm crossing my fingers that it will go back down in a couple of days...

Some people have tried doing a fast to reset their metabolism, or increase in excersize, Just keep perservereing and eventually it will drop. Try hard not to get discouraged! Theres lots of support on here and some pretty wise dieters, I learn new stuff, see great food ideas on here daily. Hang in there. :)

Keep your resolve up! I suggest going for a walk. Have confidence and faith. If your calories are negative, eventually your body will notice! Give your body and soul some time to catch up with your brain. :-)

I likely would have given up early on had it not been for the wonderful support here on FS. Frustrating it can be though those ups and downs are normal. You can do this!

I think plateaus are the most frustrating, sorry you’re going through one. Everyone’s body/metabolism/chemistry is different so you may have to try a few different things to see what works for you- fasting may work, increase or change in exercise, but sometimes your body needs a “re-feed” day where you increase your calories and carbs for a day to kind of jolt or reset your system. I’d suggest reading up on that if you want to give it a go!

I have very stubborn weight. I am probably insulin resistant.

Thank you all for your support and encouragements, it really helps! <3 To shake things up, I think I'll increase my RDI a bit and take an additional walk during my dinner break. We'll see if there's any change in a week or two!
