Happy 😃 Saturday….

I guess changing up the exercise seems to help….I been doing bicep curls about 2 hours before bed…last 2 days…just slowly building up to max reps…adding 5 more each time I do them…plus my food choices are really bad…but I’m thinking maybe my body needs more food..and at this point don’t care…long as it’s food…

Weight was down yesterday..but forgot to show it in here…so although it’s a big drop today…really it’s a few days of not recording it…

Rode 4.5 miles on recumbent bike again this morning…every time it tried to raise resistance…I hurried and got it down to 1… trying my best to exercise and keep heart rate at 105 ….very hard to do…that’s why I switched to recumbent…I couldn’t do it on my trainer…I always wanted to go faster….

54 here this morning again…good sleeping weather for sure…but it will get warmer as day blossoms…

Trying to get back to basics…my upper thigh muscles are telling me..riding recumbent bike is making them stronger…my arms are telling me…the curls are building muscle back up..that I let go…a work that’s always in progress…even on off days…I get bored…I move to wear mysel out…been walking more…challenge in Strava to walk 31 miles in July…mile a day…

Well…excuse me…while I do a happy dance…
