Since I have returned to logging for the umpteenth time I am consistently losing. I don’t know why it it so hard to get this into my head that it’s something I need to do.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
