Finally I am on my way to goal once again. I have a problem with my sciatic nerve causing me a lot of pain. If anyone has a suggestion about how to make it go away, I would love to hear about it.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Diehard3– have you gotten hooked up with a good chiropractor? They work wonders. I have had sciatica periodically for years but learned a series of exercises and self releasing maneuvers to deal with it. Maybe once a year or even less I have to hike it down to my chiropractor who always seems to be able to fix it. Highly recommend.
