Maintaining even though back to eating. whew! I am looking at this process as the scientist and the guinea pig! The observer and the subject. The one who controls the outcome is me! I have observed from all the FS family posts that this is true for you too.
I am really looking forward to this week, my grandchild's graduation, a celebration dinner. I looked up the menu online and already chose the food and drink I will have. I am rejoining the Daily Accountability challenge on Monday and am excited about what the coming week will be like for all of us.
I have always done better when in the challenge and not as well without it. All of You are so important ! Thanks a million!

Thanks for the shout-out for the Daily Accountability challenges! Have a really great week. Excellent job already deciding on your menu choices for the graduation dinner. I have a dinner I have to go to on Tuesday at an Italian restaurant - a memorial dinner for someone who died. At your inspiration, I went online and the DO have their menu - unfortunately no nutrition information. I think the key will be just eating a small portion of what I get.

Debbie, can you ask for a half portion? It’s not as economical as asking for the other half to be boxed up to take home - but if someone else is picking up the check (?) I must admit I would feel a bit odd doing that anyway. Just a thought.

Good suggestion @grammalaura. I may do that. Or, I may take the other half (probably more like 2/3 or 3/4, since I will just be starting to eat again) and let my husband have the leftovers. I don't want to indulge in Italian cuisine 2 or 3 days in a row.
