65 hour fast and sensible salad dinner to break it and the scale rewards me with a downward turn. Finally broke through my 172lb set-point which has irritated me for months. Eating according to Daily Accountability 4 days and fasting for 3 days according to my fasting coach (I met today) should gradually melt off the fat without damaging muscle and bone.
He advised me that I need probiotics to repair my gut health and short-term fasting to rest and heal my liver. Then I should live forever, right?!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

HOORAY!!! 168 is quite a break from your set point of 172. Great job, Patti! I sincerely hope your new plan works for you. You seem to be going into it informed and determined. We're each trying to find the best plan for OURSELF. Doesn't matter what works for other people. Keep up the great work!
