Sorry, Diablo. You've awakened a french toast monster within me...

THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is a cinnamon roll (which is 200% larger than a Cinnabon) dipped in egg, and fried as french toast!

I drowned it in sugar free syrup in case all the icing turned me pre-diabetic before noon.

So sweet. So sticky. So ready for a nap lol.

In the back is a huge plate of hashbrowns smothered in sausage gravy.

Added a couple Egg Beaters as part of well-balanced breakfast and heading to the gym for a quickie soon 💪
