Dang it. All that hard work gone. So hard to lose, so easy to gain. 😟 Well back on the proverbial horse for me today. Did a 8k run/walk (4:1) with Pahla B (YouTube) this morning and back on FS.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
