Love this wasa crisp bread

It's Ryvita, same thing. It's the only 'bread' I eat. I'm not very good a limits, unfortunately...so I can't go full on keto, but I do cut out bread, rice, potatoes and pasta.

There is no way I could do keto. I love my potatoes way too much. I have a hard time getting enough protein.

I have the same challenge! At my weight I am supposed to get 88g protein daily. Very difficult when trying to watch cholesterol levels too. Most days I am close to 80g. Good enough!
