Boohoo! back to box 1! weight went up again but i will dutiful report my numbers after my holiday - well could have been worse on some numbers but saw some movement in a good way for others... not giving it too much thought though as these are numbers after yesterday's jet lag and travelling all day and night in airport and on planes so there is some water retention and bloating for sure...excuses so here goes:

Tanita morning wake up numbers compared to 24th Jan and target:

Age 51 height 156cm
Weight was 57kg now 61.7kg target 50kgs
Fat was 31.1% now 25.7% target 20%
Water was 47.2% now 51.6% target 55%
Muscles Mass was 37.5kg now 43.6kg
Visceral Fat rating was 5 now 6
Bone Mass was 2.0kg now 2.3kg
Physique rating was 6 now 5
Metabolic Age was 37 now 27 target 18 :)

Tape measurements:
Waist was 64cm now 68cm target 59cm
Hips was 98cm now 96cm target 91cm
Chest was 83cm now 84cm
Wrist was 15cm now 15cm (No change)
Forearm circumference was 26cm now 27cm
Tummy circumference at largest point was 81cm now 83cm
Shoulder circumference was 96cm now 97 cm target 96cm

So based on these numbers I have to go on a 1050 cals intake again and an 81.25grm of protein.

Let's see how long it takes to undo the damage - upside is I'm 27!! so going to Rio makes you younger ladies, besides coming home with an incredible tan! Yeah!...and don't be shy wearing a bikini! the ladies in Rio all wear them, no matter what size or shape they are! hint hint... the bigger you are the smaller the bikini, try it! it really works!
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Sounds like you had a blast on your vacation! GOOD FOR YOU! Interesting Tanita numbers - some of them are great - again GOOD FOR YOU! Just so you know I won't be doing the smaller bikini on my vacay - LOL. The look just isn't for me. I think you look smaller with a tan, so the more skin you tan the smaller you look - makes sense? again LOL! Nice to have you back.

I am glad you had a great time! You sound like you have a good plan, so it shouldn't take that long to get rid of the extra. I am with Lynn - I don't think I will be wearing a bikini anytime soon either it's only 20 degrees here with projections of 11 tomorrow. Lol!
