Summer heat and sodium are brutal for water retention, aren’t they! Not to worry, your body will get rid of it soon 🙂, you’re doing great!

It would help if I drank more water. I’m busy hemming curtains for me daughter today and I have a hard time remembering to take a break for anything! I love anything sewing related and once I start I tend to just keep going. 😵‍💫

I’m finding my water consumption is lower lately too! And that’s great you’re seeing- not a skill I ever learned but I have started knitting while watching tv- keeps my hands busy! 🙂

I grew up watching my mom make lovely, just as good as purchased clothes. And my home economics instructor in high school, although a bit of a harridan at times (!) certainly knew her stuff and was a very good teacher. I can’t imagine *not* being able to sew!

our bodies can fluctuate any where between 2 and 8 lbs daily. depends on sleep, what you ate, time of month, how much water you drink. go by how your clothes feel or measure yourself. use the scale as a number. I know its hard.

Day to day is no real measure of your weight. If over time you trend upwards then you can look for a culprit. I go up or down 5 pounds in a day all the time.
