I think 172.5 is my new set-point...how to break through this??
Some say increase activity but I'm already managing the gardens at my church, lifting, digging, climbing slopes and stretching. My calories are lower than the 1200 I set for myself but I'm often not hungry after working. I drink 60-90 ozs of water a day...am I missing something??
Any advice folks for you who are there or been there?
Thank you

when I plateaued, I started paying attention to micro nutrients. switched to low carb-high protein foods and I started to lose.

Being stuck on a plateau is no fun. Sounds like you are doing all the right things! (Kudos for tending the church gardens!) Maybe try doing something "different" as CMcLuckie suggested. Often a change will wake up our system. Maybe try Keto for a short time, or OMAD, intermittent fasting - lots of choices out there. I'm praying this plateau will be a short one, Patti!

Thank both, I find I'm craving protein so maybe just give the body what it wants! I'm cheering for all of you on the journey with me.
