I had a 5 day trip, and a week without food-journaling, so to be down even a bit is a win. I made good food choices and walked every day, so I came out of it feeling good. I was with extended family members who were eating donuts and ice cream, etc. But I stuck with keto and it kept the carb cravings at bay.
104.3 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
