Thanks to the 'daily accountability' challenge, I see that I need to up the water, fiber and exercise. I'm heading out for a few days of camping at Cape Cod with family. I'm sure there will be some food temptations there. I'm bringing my own supplies, so we'll see how I do. I should have internet, so I'll keep recording my progress, but weigh in will have to wait 5 days.
104.5 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Sarah. We are meeting up with my daughter's little family, so I'll have five days with my 2 yr old granddaughter - which is so wonderful after a year of grandma deprivation due to Covid. I know it will be fun! After highs in the low 50's, low 70's sounds pretty nice.
