started my seminar last night on Zoom called Living Passionately, through Landmark Forum. Learning to be my word (to myself), not cheat, and stay in integrity.
First session so had to keep talking to myself every time I wanted to reach for something that won't serve my goal of good health. Made it through one day!
79.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
