Just an out of control trainwreck! Finally derailed! Well for this day anyway. This anxiety eating is not new to me but I haven't been this overwhelmed in quite some time. So it is "survival crouch time" again. Thank you all for being here today.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 45.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Dear God, please help Judy to get back on track. She has been so faithful to her WOE for such a long time, and I know she can get back to the discipline she had then. Please resolve the stress issues she is facing, and help her to find ways other than eating to deal with them. Thank You for the great example of steadfastness she has been to me for the past two years, and bless every effort she makes to getting that train back on the track. In Jesus' Name, amen.

Did you know that we should consume 10g of protein for every kilo we weigh in at? Specially as we go through and exit the menopause. Anxiety is just plain awful. Hope you find a way to ground yourself and self-soothe (hopefully not with food!!) Hot shower/bath? Scented candles? whatever sense helps you the most.

Anxiety eating and only up 0.4? That's awesome. That's like nothing at all. Sodium. Water. Poop. Who knows? Hope you feel better soon.

So sorry, is there somewhere outdoors you can walk or just sit quietly and listen to the sounds of nature? I find that helps calm me when I'm feeling overwhelmed. You are amazing and an inspiration to us all. 🌈🌈🌈
