Petra, that's the story of my time since 2010 on fatsecret ... reached goal 3 times and fell off each time ... and the older i get, the harder it is to get back, BUT ... it can be done. and thank you, @hebrew - was thinking i'd get a little more in this loss, but steady and down is fine.
