Well, I finally shed some of that excess water or whatever it was. Not quite a new low, but almost! Thanks to all who supported me as I struggled to get back to where I was 11 days ago. Big group dinner tonight at a Chinese restaurant, but I plan on being very good with my portions.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
