I finally hit the 170lb goal. I’m not a fan of the BMI chart, which says I’m still overweight. However, whether or not I “believe” in the BMI, I still don’t like the idea of anyone classifying me as overweight. So ultimately I’m going to have to lose another 11 lbs, down to 159lbs, which seems huge right now.
The question is: do I set a new goal of 159lb or do I set up a few of incremental goals, say 167, 163 then 159lbs. Weight loss is not just a physical challenge. It’s a mental one too.
