Been on a free-for-all since before Thanksgiving. I guess the scale shows that! I am back on track as of today. I know it will take me twice as long to lose what I gained in 2 months. Ugh....what a dummy I am.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
