Happy 😃 happy 😃 4-3-21....Saturday...for rest of us....

Just got done in zwift...10.23 miles... 213 in elevation....probably should of listened to my body...and gave it another day off...but I rode...want to keep the miles adding up...and challenges to do as well....

65 here today....nice all week...may have to cut grass early this year....gonna walk around today...see how wet it still is....get Mt outside time in....

Gotta add milk shake to yesterday’s menu...convenient stores I can pass all day long...don’t drive...so no use to go inside....Dairy Queen on other end....I can’t pass by...I’m addicted....

But if I can have a shake and weight come off next morning..must be a good thing...

Fixed hamburger patty’s yesterday...made the house smell so good...wish the taste had been that great....my taste buds are like that with a lot of food now...it smells so good...then you eat it..and it’s a let down...like where’s the food I smelled....

Welp...another journal...another zwift ride...
