This week Ive been struggling with self-worth and failure. All that is doing is throwing me back in the loop of feeling shitty and then not doing anything about it, which makes me feel more shitty.

Instead of big goals for the day/week, my goal today is to drink at least 32oz of water (not including hot tea), and to take a walk at some point. It doesnt have to be a long walk, just around the block at least. Im missing spring by sitting in my dark hole.

Tomorrow, I will come back and post a new journal entry, I will have successfully completed todays goals, and I will set new goals for the day.

Small daily goals and achieving them are the baby steps to maintaining sanity. At least that's what's worked for me this past year.
