I am weighing in early this week because we are headed to my parents house this weekend and I will not be at home for my regular Sunday morning weigh in.

I didnt have a big loss this week but I'm still headed in the right direction, which is fine by me. I'm not looking forward to the next weigh in, with two huge christmas dinners on the horizon, I'm going to have a hard time.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hope y’all have a wonderful time. Enjoy yourself but eat those not so healthy things in moderation and you will be fine. And even if you do slip a little the wonderful thing is that you have the tools to get back to where you want to be. I am keeping your words from an earlier journal reply in mind to help me stay focused. So thanks again.

Thanks you guys! I don’t plan on being a glutton, but I do plan to eat some things I haven’t had in a while. Mainly a few sweets!! Then some frozen screwdriver adult beverages, which is a tradition at my parents’ house for Christmas. I do worry about not feeling well afterwards with will make me practice moderation. :)

You had me at Frozen Screwdrivers. But make mine a Salty dog, please. You'll be fine. I bet you'll find it won't take near as many of those 'sweets' to satisfy your cravings as it would have before you changed your way of eating.

I have a feeling you will be just fine :-) As I've already said once today (and repeat to myself constantly) two big Christmas dinners didn't get you to your highest weight, and they certainly won't take you back. Have a very Merry Christmas!
