Got a 211.0 weigh in after a 16 hour fast and a 450 calorie workout. Will target 600-630 calories today. Time for breakfast!

I love a fried egg...but I love eggs any way you fix them except sunny side up...Ewwwwww...Glad you enjoyed them...:O)

I tried to do them sunny side up but could not. Ended up having to turn them over... I'm terrible at cooking eggs, but they were OK.
