Seems like Im mostly maintaining/normal flux so its time to start reeling it in a bit so I can see a drop.

I did Body Combat yesterday (and sucked at it haha), and I already signed up and committed to going to HIIT tonight AT the gym.

Of course the weather is crappy and I dont want to leave the house, but I already had to leave for the Dentist so whats another trip? Its all just excuses anyway.
117.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Weve been doing Cardio Sundays and rotating between Attack and Combat. Im definitely better at Combat- and enjoy it way more! I just cant keep my brain and my feet in sync but thats the story of my life ha!
