I need to get rolling on the exercise bike for 15 minutes. I'll do it in a couple of hours since I ate breakfast. Thanks jimmiepop! Hopefully my stomach can decide. 15 minutes is not very long. It's an agreement between my doc and I. Said he would call every weekend to make sure I did ride the bike during the week. Plateaus suck!
