Finally almost back to baseline from the "pop." Still having weird dreams, not sure what that's about. Chicken and fried cabbage yesterday, so yum. Really want it again and have enough for one more meal to make with it. Planning on getting more cabbage when I go grocery shopping. Using the bacon fat to fry it with a bit of onion then salt and pepper. Makes a lot and is just so tasty.

Making chicken and broccoli stir fry today for leftovers but still need soy sauce. Not the same without it. Doable but different. Quick and easy though. Throw a little riced cauli in the bowl with it and it's even better.

Contract work this morning to stay caught up, chat with Daddy at 2pm for our daddy daughter date call and then maybe dinner with an old friend. Should be a good day. Have a good one buddies! But first, coffee...
