Looking for 183 or below tomorrow. Need to bump up the losses to meet the goal for this month. 6 more to go by 3/1. It's doable if my body works with me but I have to put in some extra oomph to get past this. Seems like I have a whole week of slow down/pause before it keeps going. I'm still averaging 8 lbs a month but need to keep that on track.

Going to the docs this morning. I know he'll be pleased with the weight and a1c. I expect a med change and another round of labs probably 3 months (once I have insurance again, which will be nice). Still curious about what my b12 and d levels are but the curiosity wasn't worth $400 without insurance. Zoom call today to start on a contracting project doing what I do best (which is SO cool). Curious about the specifics. Also will need to make up time this week from the doc visit this morning so should be a busier week.
