I really would like to be at my goal weight by now, but on a positive note: I am 12 pounds lighter than I was at this time last year. Also I have maintained my recent loss despite being off track with both eating and exercise this past week. Yay me!😀
79.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
