I've been tracking but I'm annoyed. Still waiting for my body to "regulate" and I think the fat bombs did me in as well. Reducing dairy, adding more fat and threw out the last of the fat bombs yesterday. My body really likes chicken, bacon, and broccoli lol. I'll listen to it for a few days and make my broccoli salad again. That didn't throw me off.

Oh. And I bought size 12s and I can get them all the way up, just lacking a bit for buttoning but it was still fun. They're waiting for me in my closet. Today chicken and salad with olive oil and spices for lunch. Need to make my grocery list for tomorrow so I can fill in spots for options.

But it's FRIDAY and payday. And I heard it rain last night. Looking for a sweet smooth day today. Coffee #2 on the horizon. Enjoy your day buddies!
